Administration, Operational and Project Teams including:
NRSWA Administration Team. Dealing with 48 London and Home Counties Highway Authorities. The team raised all Notices including Opening Notices, Section 74 Notices, Registration Notices and Remedial Works Notices. Other Team tasks included Defect Management, Payment of Section 74 and Inspection related charges.
Operational Teams. Management of Teams dealing with NRSWA Inspections, Coring Programmes and Highway Authority liaison including Defect Meetings and Co-ordination Meetings.
Reinstatement Contractors. Management of Reinstatement Teams in Essex and East London.
Project Teams. Management of Teams including Traffic Management Act Project Team in 2005/7
System Ownership. Business Ownership of an ETON System, sending 800,000 Notices per annum to Highway and Roads Authorities in England, Scotland & Wales
